There is a two-hour minimum charge (Portal to Portal) on all field observation and testing services for field technicians.  Overtime rates of 1½ times the hourly rate will be billed for time in excess of eight hours per day and on Saturdays.  Double time will be billed for Sundays and Holidays.  All hired subcontractors are billed at cost + 15%.
